Workout every day can exhaust your body. If you like to exercise most, if not every day of the week, make sure one of those days is devoted to active rest. Well rested body, performs even better and is absolutely important for muscle recovery.

Following a training schedule will maintain your motivation to keep up with your workout. Because, if you don’t finish your training schedule, you’ll not able to make it.
